At Salty Bum, we work hard to get your order packed up and out the door as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, new product drops, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders through USPS using either:

USPS First-Class Mail
USPS Priority Mail

Shipping method may vary based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. While most packages arrive within the expected USPS delivery window, please note that transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Salty Bum is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to USPS, shipping and delivery are managed by the carrier. Salty Bum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but if something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
